Hollywood Fish Docks
No Wraith in it, of course, but we can't have everything.

It's my half day off so I've got time to update my journal.
Tiffany enjoyed her date with Mortimer. They went to a nice quiet pub and then he took her home to see his keyring collection. He has over 2,000 now but he only buys the ones he really likes.
Tiffany brought him round to meet us yesterday evening and he and Kevin spent the time watching sport on TV. As this was a bit boring Tiffany and I invented a new game inspired by that cute Wraith with the goggles from 'Sateda' - Pin The Goggles On The Wraith. It was great fun seeing where our Wraith ended up wearing them.
I've had some more ideas for my story too.
Didn't have time to write anything yesterday. It was back to stocking shelves at work although I couldn't stop thinking of my stories. A few packets of breakfast cereal ended up with the washing powders but luckily I noticed before anyone else did.
Kevin had a special trainspotters' meeting in the evening so Tiffany came round to help me design my Wraith toilet roll covers. We gave up in the end, though - no matter what we did they looked like they were wearing black crinolines. I'll have to think of something else Wraith related to make everyone for Xmas.
Nothing interesting happened at work today. Tiffany's got a date with her new boyfriend, Mortimer, and Kevin's writing up his trainspotting journal. I've been making some more notes for my stories so here are my latest thoughts.
Me and Kevin went to Cleethorpes for the day. It's got the Greenwich Meridian running through it so you can stand with a foot in each hemisphere - this is really exciting. Here is a webpage about Cleethorpes. Take note of the section headed 'Beware' because it warns you that WW2 mines have been known to wash up on the beach.

Lots of birds stay here over winter and this gave me a brilliant idea for a Doctor Who/SGA crossover story - The Dunlins Of Doom. It will be a sequal to the other story I'm writing where the Wraith Queen and her hive take over England.
I'm getting bored with knitting tea cosies. Nobody uses teapots these days 'cos they all put teabags straight in their mugs. I love knitting and crafts, though, so I'm going to try other things. People still use toilet rolls so I'm designing Wraith toilet roll covers. I'm sure all my friends and family will love one for Xmas as I think they've got fed up with tea cosies they can't use. A Wraith Queen toilet roll cover would look particularly nice in Tiffany's bathroom because she likes her rooms to convey her essential femininity.
I was wondering how Wraith evolved so I thought I'd try reading some books by the biologist Richard Dawkins to get ideas. He has lots of information about genes and things but I don't know how I could use any of it for writing romantic Wraith fan fiction. I've heard he's got a website now so maybe I could email him and ask him for some suggestions.
I've found some nice pics of Richard Dawkins on the internet. He'd have made a lovely Wraith when he was younger - long hair and a trenchoat would have suited him.
Easter Sunday and my birthday. I had a very strange dream last night about chocolate eggs hatching Wraith. Tiffany says this is full of archetypal symbolism and suggested that I read some books about Jungian psychology.
I had some brilliant presents. Everyone knows how much I like the song 'Copacabana' so I got albums with different versions of it. I'll come back later when I've listened to them all.

It starts off with the events of Allies but the two Wraith hive ships find Earth instead. The other one goes to Australia but the Queen from the TV episode takes over England. I've got this wonderful image of that incredibly sexy Wraith scientist walking through the docks at sunset. I'm not sure why he'd want to do this yet but I'll think of a reason. This webpage has one of those Panorama view thingies from the top of the Dock Tower so you can get an idea of the scenery.

A Bit Later
I've just had another brilliant idea. Instead of Rodney and Ronon being on the Hive ship it's Rodney and Teyla. The Wraith scientist falls madly in love with her because she's part Wraith. They can then take a romantic stroll through the docks at sunset. I'm not sure what to do with Rodney, though, because I don't think the Wraith Queen would fancy him. I think Teyla can ask if he can be put in a cell and the scientist does this for her.
Big decision. Should the scientist keep wearing that shorter black jacket or should he feel cold and put on a trenchcoat for his walk? A trenchcoat could billow around him because of the wind from the North Sea - this would add a melodramatic Gothic effect.
I've got Easter off and my boyfriend Kevn's train spotting so I'm going to make my first entry.
My userpic is my favourite Wraith because I love his pink hair. It makes me think of candy floss and My Little Ponies. I think there should be a range of My Little Wraith toys. They'd look lovely sitting on a shelf in my bedroom and my best friend Tiffany could help me brush and comb their hair. Tiffany knows all about hair because it's one of her hobbies.
Another favourite Wraith of mine is the one with those funny goggle type things in Sateda. He reminds me of Legolas from the LOTR movies. I think he'd look really cute sitting up in a tree singing Elf songs. It's a shame that Ronon killed him - Tiffany says it would have been so much more romantic if they'd become friends and done each other's hair. (I hope this doesn't count as a spoiler. Ronon's always killing Wraith so if he's in an episode with some we all know what he's going to do.)
I have to go now because Kevin's just come back and he's going to take me to a windmill to buy some fudge.
